We recommend a no sugar diet. When you are transitioning, to no sugar, having some sweet (sugar free) treats helps you through. We recommend only one iceblock per day.

Take about 15 ripe, peeled Kiwis (his will make about 10 ice blocks) . Keep one slice of Kiwi for each ice block and pop it straight into iceblock mould.
Lightly blend the remaining kiwis with 500mls water or organic apple juice.
Pour into molds and freeze.
