The fact is that goal setting works! Research studies have shown a direct link between goals and enhanced performance in every area. Earl Nightingale put it this way, “People with goals succeed because they know where they are going. It’s as simple as that.”

What do you really, really want for you health?

Set your health goal today and set a date of seeing the results.  Write it down right now, starting with:

I am so happy and grateful now that …

Write only, in present tense and positive words – don’t say, “I’m feeling less tired”, say, “I am so full of energy”.

Here’s an example:

I am so happy and grateful now that I have so much energy to do everything I want. I am now the perfect, healthy weight

and I feel great, my eyes spakle, my skin glows and my hair is glossy.  I walk with confidence, I am proud of my achievements and everyone notices the changes.  I love that I can now be a great family member and friend and I can help other people become healthy too by 1st …    20…

Write you goal down every morning in a journal, say your goal loud and proud every morning and night in a mirror. Write your goal on your “AusBody Goal Card” and carry it with you everywhere you go and when ever you loose focus of your goal just read it and see yourself acheving your goal. Do it with a friend!

If you are doing a very strenuous exercise plan already, we recommend you monitor how you feel.

If you are not exercising or doing minimal exercise, we recommend you start your exercise plan today.

Do something that is fun for you – exercise with a friend, dance, a long walk in nature, a short walk up a steep hill.
